Dawnne brings over 20 years of senior-level administrative and managerial expertise to P3 Training Group. Dawnne is an original member selected by the Founder/CEO, London Roballo, to manage and execute the original business planning & strategy.
Dawnne’s career in Administration & Management began with American Airlines in their Training & Development Program and was sought after to manage training of personnel on airline industry Sabre computerized travel & booking system at New York’s John F. Kennedy International Airport and Newark Liberty International Airport in New Jersey.
Dawnne continued her career in 1996 with a Regional NJ Hospital where for the next decade she held several positions including Medical Transcriptionist specializing in Radiology, Executive Assistant collaborating with all levels of the Executive Team, and Manager of Systems & Employment-Human Resources. Simultaneously, Dawnne started her own transcription business, Medical Transcription Processing Management which served Radiologists private practices for over 10 years.
In 2012 Dawnne accepted a position as the Executive Assistant to the Chief of Police of the City of Englewood. She has served two administrations and currently manages the daily business operations of the Department including; Budget and Finances, HR Coordination, Procurement & Purchasing, Time & Attendance, and Payroll.
