cancellation policy

Instructor-Led Live Training & Consulting Services

 

The following policy applies to all Instructor-Led Live Training courses or consulting services.

 

Customer Cancellations (must be submitted to P3 Training Group via email)

 

  • Cancellations may be emailed to training@p3traininggroup.com and are not considered “received” unless the sender receives a cancellation confirmation from a P3 Training Group representative.
     

  • Cancellations received a minimum of 21 days prior to the start date of the service or engagement will receive the full payment amount in the form of a credit to be used on a future date.
     

  • For cancellations received between 14-20 days notice, a 25% rescheduling fee will be assessed. The remaining 75% will remain as a credit to be used on a future date.
     

  • Cancellations between 1-13 business days prior to a class or service, and no-shows, are subject to payment for the full amount without future credit.
     

  • Registrant substitutions will be honored.
     

  • Please note that if you do not cancel, do not attend, or are not prepared when our instructors and/or consultants arrive, you are not eligible for a refund or credit towards a future class or service.


 

Virtual Training

 

The following policy applies to all Live Virtual Training courses.
 

Customer Cancellations (must be submitted to P3 Training Group via email)

 

Cancellations may be emailed to training@p3traininggroup.com and are not considered “received” unless the sender receives a cancellation confirmation from a P3 Training Group representative.

 

  • Cancellations received up to 7 days prior to class will receive the full payment amount in the form of a credit to be used on a future date.
     

  • For cancellations received in less than 7 days notice, a 25% rescheduling fee will be assessed. The remaining 75% will remain as a credit to be used on a future date.
     

  • Day of cancellations and no-shows are subject to payment for the full amount without future training credit.
     

  • Registrant substitutions will be honored.
     

  • Please note that if you do not cancel or do not attend, you are not eligible for a refund or credit towards a future class or service.

Self-Paced eLearning Courses

 

The following policy applies to all self-paced eLearning courses.

 

Due to the nature and immediate availability of the content, cancellations and substitutions will NOT be accepted for self-paced eLearning courses.

 

Cancellation of Courses by P3 Training Group


P3 Training Group reserves the right to cancel or change a class or service at any time, including but not limited to, lack of participation, classroom, equipment, or trainer/consultant availability.
 

  • Notification will be provided within 21 days of the start date, whenever possible.
     

  • Registrants will be refunded or will receive credit for future services, whichever option they choose.
     

P3 Training Group is not liable for any direct, indirect, consequential, or special damages that may be incurred due to a cancellation of a scheduled class, including but not limited to, cancellation penalties for transportation or accommodations. The customer or student's sole remedy shall be the refund of prepaid fees.

 

General Disclaimer

 

P3 Training Group shall not be liable for damages of any kind resulting from errors or omissions in the training materials nor shall P3 Training Group be liable for any damages resulting from the use of the training materials or other information conveyed at a
P3 Training course. P3 Training Group materials and training are not to supersede protocols, policies and/or procedures put in place by the trainees' place of employment or worship.
