Mutual liability Release
This Agreement releases SAS Training & Consulting LLC and/or P3 Training Group, LLC from all liability relating to injuries (both physical and/or emotional) that may occur during the <COURSE NAME> course and live action role play (“Activities”) at Organization’s location, <LOCATION> (“Location”), on <TRAINING DATE>.
By signing this Agreement, I agree to hold SAS Training & Consulting LLC and/or P3 Training Group, LLC as well as the hosting Organization entirely free from any liability, as of <COURSE DATE> and in the future including financial responsibility for injuries incurred, regardless of whether injuries are caused by negligence.
I also acknowledge the risks involved in the activities including but not limited to my participation as a role player and/or participant. I affirm that I am participating voluntarily, am in good health, and am aware that there are risks involved. Additionally, I do not have any conditions that will increase my likelihood of experiencing injuries engaging in these Activities.
By signing below, I forfeit all rights to bring a suit against SAS Training & Consulting LLC and/or P3 Training Group, LLC as well as the hosting Organization for any reason. I will also make every effort to obey all safety precautions as explained to me. I will ask for clarification when needed.
In addition, I certify that I WILL NOT have any “Weapons”, including but not limited to firearms, handguns, shot guns, tasers, knives, billy clubs and mace on me while participating in the above activities. If I bring weapons to the location, they will either be secured in my vehicle or surrendered to the safety officer for secure storage until after the Activities.
