Dominic began his law enforcement career as a 9-1-1 dispatcher in 2002 for the Lodi Police Department.  In 2007, Dominic was hired into the patrol division of the Paterson Police Department and in 2008, he transferred to the patrol division of the Lodi Police Department. In 2016, Dominic was promoted to Sergeant, and in 2018, was assigned as the Traffic Commander / Supervisor, being the role he currently holds today.

Dom is a certified instructor and live scenario specialist at the Bergen Country Police Academy and participates as an instructor and live scenario specialist for active-duty law enforcement teams.
