Master Phil’s Survival Strong - Self Defense system is born of more than four decades of martial arts competition in kickboxing, boxing, grappling and Jiu Jitsu.

Many people think that self-defense classes are meant to teach you how to fight, but that’s only in the worst-case scenario. In reality, self-defense actually means doing everything in your power to avoid getting into a fight. However, sometimes the physical confrontations cannot be avoided, and we need to be prepared to respond in those situations.

s of your size, speed, or athletic ability - this course will teach you how to react to confrontation, conduct yourself in a physical attack, anticipate your attacker's next move, break an attacker's grasp and how, when, and where to strike if assaulted.
